Non-Refundable Tickets

All tickets purchased for the event are strictly non-refundable. This applies to all circumstances, including but not limited to personal issues, travel disruptions, and changes in your availability.

Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another individual’s name once. This transfer request must be made with the prior approval of our team by contacting us at info@wavesofimpactevents.com. The request for transfer must be completed by January 31st, 2025. Any transfer request after this date will not be accepted.

Natural Disasters & Adverse Weather Conditions
In the case of natural disasters, extreme weather, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizer's control, tickets will remain non-refundable. The event will proceed unless otherwise stated by the organizers.

Event Changes
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, and content. Any changes will be communicated to ticket holders in advance.

Age Restriction
All attendees must be 18 years or older. No exceptions will be made.
